We now offer a tele-medicine option to our clients.
Pharmacists can now prescribe for the following
- Mild acne, Allergies (allergic rhinitis), Pink eye (conjunctivitis), Skin rash (dermatitis), Menstrual pain, Indigestion (upset stomach).
- Heartburn (acid reflux), Headaches, Hemorrhoids, Cold sores
- Impetigo, Oral ulcers (canker sores), Oral fungal infections (thrush)
- Musculoskeletal pain (sore joints/muscles), Nicotine dependence, Shingles
- Threadworms or pinworms, Uncomplicated urinary tract infection
- Itching, including from bug bites, Vaginal candidiasis (yeast infection)
Who We Are
We are a group of 20 independent pharmacies located across BC, operating as IDA, Remedy’sRx, and PharmaChoice. We are primarily located in smaller communities across the Interior, with the goal of providing exceptional customer service and pharmaceutical care.
Services We Offer
Our pharmacies offer comprehensive services including medication reviews, minor ailments and contraception prescribing, vaccinations, prescription extensions, and specialized compounding. Additional services include home health care, travel health consultations, and support for long-term care facilities.
International Pharmacy Graduates
We have worked with the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) to support International Pharmacists moving to Canada. These pharmacists are hired as pharmacy assistants as they begin the long process of obtaining Permanent Residency and becoming a licensed pharmacist in Canada.
